Delete Your Account

You can delete your Mr Kodi account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Account deletion is free. You can request it from inside the app or by contacting our Grievance Officer directly — no payment, purchase, or subscription is required to make a request.

How to Request Account Deletion

• From the app (recommended). Open Mr Kodi → Profile → Logout and confirm — this signs you out and clears the session on your device. For full account deletion, contact us using either option below and reference the mobile number you registered with.
• Email. Write to jnenterprises.partners@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the 10-digit mobile number registered with your account.
• Phone or WhatsApp. Call or message +91 99668 42000.
• Contact form. Use the support form on our Contact page and choose account deletion as your topic.

To protect your account, we verify every deletion request against the registered mobile number. Requests are processed within 30 days, and we will confirm completion by SMS or email.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account — name, registered mobile number and profile details.
• All your listings — birds, eggs, chicks, feed, medicine, vaccines, nutrition and equipment ads, including their photos.
• Your saved location (district, mandal, pincode, address and GPS pinpoint, if stored).
• Your language preference and other profile settings synced to your account.
• App access — your account can no longer sign in or post listings.

What We May Retain

Certain data is retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy & Terms of Use:

• Support conversations you had with us, for up to 24 months.
• Records we must keep for legal claims — for example, where a dispute, fraud report or law-enforcement request involving your account is pending.

Retained data is used only for those purposes and is never republished or shared with other users.

Before You Delete

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your listings and profile cannot be recovered afterwards.
• If you only want a break, you can simply uninstall the app and stop by later — inactive accounts are not deleted automatically.
• If you are a buyer in an ongoing transaction, complete or withdraw any pending deal with sellers first — they will no longer be able to reach you through the Platform.

Grievance Officer

If your deletion request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act and IT Rules, 2011:
