1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MrKodi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian laws to register for an account on MrKodi. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Description of Service

MrKodi is a digital marketplace platform that allows poultry farmers, breeders, and sellers to list poultry (such as roosters, hens, and chicks), feed, medicines, and farming equipment. Buyers can browse listings and contact sellers directly. MrKodi acts purely as a facilitator (intermediary) and is not a party to the actual transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. User Listings and Content Rules

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and health of the livestock and goods listed on the Platform. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to sell the livestock/goods listed.
  • All livestock listings comply with local agricultural and animal welfare regulations in India.
  • You will not upload or post any deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal listings.

5. Fees, Wallet, and Payments

MrKodi offers both free services and paid premium features:

  • Wallet Top-ups: Users can recharge their in-app virtual wallet with funds to purchase premium features. These top-ups are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Easebuzz).
  • Listing Boosts: Users can spend ₹29 from their wallet to "Boost" a listing for 7 days, placing it in featured positions.
  • Lead Unlocks: A fee of ₹3 may be charged to unlock buyer contact numbers or lead details.

All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

MrKodi does not inspect or guarantee the health, safety, quality, or legitimacy of the poultry, products, or supplies listed. All transactions occur directly between the buyer and the seller. We are not liable for any losses, disputes, damages, or injury arising from transactions initiated via the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
