Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At MrKodi, we strive to provide a transparent and seamless experience for all users trading on our platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and guidelines governing payments, wallet recharges, listing boosts, and cancellations on the Platform.

2. Digital Services & Non-Refundability

MrKodi offers digital services to sellers to enhance their listing visibility:

  • Listing Boosts: When you pay ₹29 to boost an active listing, the boost goes into effect immediately and runs for 7 days. Once a boost service has been initiated, it is considered consumed and is **non-refundable**.
  • Lead Unlocks: The fee of ₹3 to unlock individual buyer contact details is charged per unlock. Once a phone number has been unlocked, the service is complete and the fee is **non-refundable**.
  • Wallet Balances: Funds added to the in-app wallet are intended for use on the Platform (buying boosts and unlocking leads). Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specified in Section 3 below.

3. Failed Transactions & Gateway Refunds

In the event of a transaction failure where funds are debited from your bank account or card but fail to reflect in your MrKodi wallet:

  • Our system will automatically reconcile the transaction within 24-48 hours. If the wallet balance cannot be updated, a refund will be initiated to the source payment method.
  • Refunds for failed or double-charged transactions are processed via our payment gateway partner (Easebuzz) and typically credit back to your original source account (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Cancellations

You have full control over your listings and account status:

  • Listing Cancellation: You can edit, delete, or mark any listing as "Sold" at any time through the seller dashboard. If you delete a boosted listing before the 7-day period expires, the boost will be cancelled, and no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days.
  • Account Deactivation: You can request deactivation of your MrKodi account by emailing our support team. Any remaining unused promotional wallet balances will forfeit upon account deletion.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or that your wallet balance was incorrectly debited, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and resolve it within 3-5 business days. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be credited to your in-app wallet or original payment source.
